Whipped Body Butter Recipe

Ingredients:

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the essential oils, in a small pot or double boiler.
  2.  Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently until mixture is liquefied.
  3. Remove from the heat and place mixture in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. When the mixture has partially solidified, add essential oils, and whip with mixer until fluffy.
  5. Spoon into a jar and enjoy

Homemade Peppermint Body Butter

Ingredients:

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except the essential oils, in a small pot or double boiler.
  2.  Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently until mixture is liquefied.
  3. Remove from the heat and place mixture in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. When the mixture has partially solidified, add essential oils, and whip with mixer until fluffy.
  5. Spoon into a jar and enjoy

Calming Magnesium Body Butter

Ingredients:

(These oil are suggestions due to their calming properties. If you don’t have the three essential oils above, it’s okay. Substitute by adding more of your desired oil in order to complete the recipe.  Other calming oils I recommend would be Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Neoroli, Patchouli, Jasmine, Geranium)

Instructions

  1. Combine coconut oil and cocoa butter in a small pot or double boiler.
  2.  Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently until mixture is liquefied.
  3. Remove from the heat and place mixture in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. When the mixture has partially solidified, add essential oils magnesium oil and almond oil, and whip with mixer until fluffy.
  5. Spoon into a jar and enjoy

 Oh la la Leg Cream

Ingredients:

 (These oil are suggestions due to their calming properties. If you don’t have the three essential oils above, it’s okay. Substitute by adding more of your desired oil in order to complete the recipe.  Other calming oils I recommend would be Sandalwood, Ylang Ylang, Neoroli, Patchouli, Jasmine, Geranium)

  1. Combine all coconut oils and shea butter in a small pot or double boiler.
  2.  Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently until mixture is liquefied.
  3. Remove from the heat and place mixture in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. When the mixture has partially solidified, add essential oils, vitamin E oil, and witch hazel, and whip with mixer until fluffy.
  5. Spoon into a jar and enjoy

 Green Tea/Aloe Scrub

  1. Cut open green tea bag and allow to dry
  2. Combine all ingredients and whisk together
  3. Spoon into a jar and enjoy

  2.  Heat on medium-low, stirring frequently until mixture is liquefied.
  3. Remove from the heat and place mixture in the fridge for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. When the mixture has partially solidified, add essential oils and cornstarch, and whip with mixer until fluffy.
  5. Spoon into a jar and enjoy
